These terms apply to purchases from Alex Tech Shop at alextechshop.net. For questions, contact info@alextechshop.net.

Products and personalisation

Please read the description and select your product model, personalisation and packaging carefully. Where offered, names and QR-code links are made using the details you supply. Please check spelling and links. If we request confirmation before production, we will wait for your response before producing the personalised item.

Photos may show sample names and display-only QR patterns. Your order will use your agreed details. Approximate dimensions and normal 3D-print surface characteristics are described on the product page. These do not excuse a product that is faulty or does not match its agreed description.

Prices and payment

The price shown for your selected option includes the product and its stated packaging. Shipping is additional unless expressly included. The checkout displays the currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total before payment. Payment must be completed before production or dispatch.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order products require production time. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Production, dispatch and delivery are separate stages; a production estimate is not a delivery guarantee. We will communicate any material delay and any options available to you under applicable law.

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Please provide accurate delivery details and notify us promptly of any error.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Whether a personalised order can be changed depends on its production stage. We will explain what is possible before agreeing to any revised order or additional charge. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Returns and product problems

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Non-personalised products may be returned for change of mind if requested within 3 business days after delivery, subject to that policy. Personalised products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Your supplied content and privacy

Only supply names, text, designs and website links you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful material. We use your order and personalisation details to provide your order, as described in our Privacy policy.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively change an existing order.
